  1. Headed the Occupational Health Services, Emergency Medical Services and Surgery Department of Mathura Refinery Hospital of IndianOil as Deputy Chief Medical Officer for around twelve years.
  2. As part of International Safety Rating Management Systems (ISRS) working as Health & Hygiene Control Coordinator in IndianOil since May-2002
  3. ImplementedTPM(TotalProductiveMaintenance)conceptinMathuraRefineryHospital(Firstamong all IndianOil Refineries).
  4. HeadedthemedicalcommitteeforestablishmentofParadipRefineryHospitalofIOCL.
  5. ShoulderedresponsibilityofimplementingCorporateHealthProjectsacrossallDivisionsofIOCL
  6. Spearheaded the implementation of various projects in IndianOil such as Project Happiness & Wellbing and Nutrional Evaluation of Dietic arrangements of Canteens/kitchens from health and hygiene point of view at all locations across IOCL.
  7. Spearheadedthe revisionofCorporateOccupationalHealthManualofIOCL.
  8. Contributed significantly as a Key Core Commissioning Member during commissioning of the Occupational Health and Hospital Management System software across IndianOil
  9. Formulation & Issue of guidelines on Health, Safety & Environment and ensure implementation of the same.
  10. Ensure implementation of Occupational Health Systems and procedures in all Refinery units, marketing and pipeline installations.
